Inbetween 2.0 – You, Life, and Finiteness

On July 30th, our colleague Tatjana Ahle-Rosental will take you on an exciting discovery tour through the new special exhibition Dazwischen 2.0, during which she will also discuss the planned new concept for the Museum of Sepulchral Culture and the changes that are currently underway. With the experts through the exhibitions – a rare and valuable opportunity to discover our museum. Come along – we're looking forward to your visit! 

The curator tours

The Museum for Sepulchral Culture is delighted to be offering public curator tours again from January 2025! Every last Wednesday of the month, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in an exciting guided tour through the current exhibitions at 5 pm.

 These tours offer a unique opportunity to gain deeper insights into the multifaceted world of sepulchral culture and experience the exhibitions from a new perspective, as well as gaining new insights into the theme of death. You will alternately gain an insight into the permanent and special exhibitions, can rediscover exciting exhibits through different approaches and learn stories and anecdotes from the museum!

We cordially invite all interested parties to be guided through the exhibition by the curators and to enter into a dialogue together on the topics of death, mourning and remembrance. Join us and rediscover the cultural aspects of farewell.

In addition to the public curator tours, there are of course public tours of the current exhibitions on the other Wednesday afternoons. All tours are free of charge.

Only the museum entrance fee of 8 / reduced 5 euros applies.
