Save the Museum of Sepulchral Culture!

The museum needs to be redesigned, renovated and expanded. After more than thirty years, the building is dilapidated, the exhibition is outdated and the space is cramped.

Our budget is big enough for the bare essentials. But there is so much more we would like to create for our visitors, students and guests: a study lounge for reading, studying and relaxing, for example. A BYOD (smartphone) trail with simple language, sign language and foreign languages to make the museum more accessible to more people. An outdoor green classroom. And all of this preferably with sustainable materials from the region. 

We can only achieve this with your help. That's why we've launched a crowdfunding campaign on Startnext. Anyone who wants to can support us there. Of course, we are prioritising measures that will benefit everyone immediately and noticeably, i.e. in the exhibition, in reducing barriers and in the public outdoor area.
