Dance and Music at the opening

On August 9, 2019, the exhibitions "With the Line Bus to the Other Side. Fantastic Coffins from Ghana" and "Martin Wenzel. Coffins and Urns". On this occasion other guests spoke alongside Ulrike Neurath and Gerold Eppler, the curators of the exhibition, and the director of the museum, Dr. Dirk Pörschmann. Her Excellency Mrs. Gina Ama Blay, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana and Cecilia Biritwum, Chairwoman of the Ghana Union Kassel e. V. each gave an introduction to the new exhibition.

Afterwards, the German-based Ghanaian ensemble ADESA played and provided dance and a lively finale with their traditional music.
